More than 6 billion rupees have been transacted through QR codes in one month. According to the data released by Nepal Rastra Bank on Tuesday, the payments made through QR codes in the month of October reached 6.96 billion.
In August, 5 billion 85 million rupees were traded from QR. Lately, there has been an increase in the business done by scanning the QR code. Besides, Nepal Rastra Bank is also working with QR code as a priority.
According to the same data, 15 billion 187 million rupees were traded through the wallet in October. In the month of August, this amount was 14.42 billion 70 million rupees.
